Option to Purchase Real Property Contract Agreement

 

This option agreement is entered into between the parties Seller(s) and Buyer(s)

below in consideration of and subject to partner approval the following terms and conditions.

This contract is subject to a minimum inspection period,

and there must be access to the property in order to proceed properly with buyers.

 

1.  Parties:   Seller NAME in signature tab,  Buyer ( Rudolph Wilson) and or assigned.

In this online agreement,  all fees are waived to the seller.

 

2.  Seller understands that our intention is to acquire this signature  temporarily

and or assign this property for an acquisition fee (paid by the end buyer).

 

3.  Seller understands that we are acting as a principle in the transaction and is not

working as a licensed real estate or broker representing anyone in the transaction.

 

4.  Upon sellers decision to exercise this option,  we agree to move forward with the necessary assignment agreement.

 

5.  Sellers agrees to allow > ( Rudolph Wilson) to inform Investors that this contract allows him to share the information below.

 

6.  All parties agree that property is being sold in '' As-Is condition unless noted otherwise.

Closing will be at title company of buyers choice unless agreed upon otherwise.

 

7.  Your electronic signature  once signed below is the same as a signature on paper, 

and gives (Rudolph Wilson) investor, wholesaler, entrepreneur,  representative of this site permission to move forward 

on all properties emailed to him personally or the property addressed below by the signature on the form.

seller promises  to uphold contract regulations and abide by the information above by the signature below, 

 a paper agreement/contract will be provided to a buyer for the price agreed upon,  agreeing at that time to purchase the property.

       This agreement will then be between the connected parties seller and assigned buyer.

PREMIUM BENEFITS 

The benefit of this contract is that we help you (the seller) get rid of your property at no cost,  for the privilege of earning an acquisition

fee between us/we the representatives of this website (W.D.C.T), /  the finders,  or information providers,  and the buyers.

 

URGENT WARNING!!!   Seller must let the option holder of this agreement know immediately when there's a sale in process for the property in the form,

failing to do so is a default of this contract and will cause seller to pay the minimum fee that can be offered to buyer involving the contract,  as the assignment / acquisition fee of $ 1000,00 minimum fee.  

 

 

Disclaimer:  ASSIGNOR / us/we shall not be held responsible for the performance of the ASSIGNEE,  and shall further be held blameless and be released

from all liability for any other circumstances that may arise from or in connection with the subject property or this Option To Purchase Agreement.

This and the assigned buyer contract also concludes that in no way can the end buyer be involved with, in connection with or come to any terms with the original seller beyond viewing the property before the closing,  which would violate the agreement and leave the seller to be responsible for unpaid fees due to the assignor in the event he has not received full payment. Proof of payment and signed paper contracts are mandatory for completion of all transactions with assignor before closing.
